Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country is not on this list, please contact us to see if we can make arrangements.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, estimated shipping times are:

  • USA & Canada: 7-15 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7-15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8-16 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can use this number to track your order's journey.

What materials are your products made of?

We are committed to quality. Most of our pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel, often with a durable 18k gold plating. This ensures your jewelry is tarnish-resistant and beautiful for years to come. Please refer to each individual product page for specific material details.

How should I care for my Enheritage jewelry?

To keep your jewelry sparkling, we recommend the following:

  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals.
  • Store your piece in a cool, dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
