30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that gift cards and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@enheritage.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as it will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, whether through a replacement or a full refund. Please include photos of the issue in your email to expedite the process.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@enheritage.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
